About Dit Da Jow

Dit Da Jow has been around for over a 1000 years made by the Chinese as a liniment to heal external damage such as bruises or sore muscles. There are several different recipes for Dit Da Jow, they vary from each family to be a ‘secret formula’ passed down through oral and written history of Traditional Chinese medicine. Dit Da Jow is a blend of herbs, generally 14 or more combined together and soaked in alcohol, stored in a dark place for months possibly years. Very popular among Martial Artist to stimulate circulation, reduce pain and swelling, and improve healing of injuries. Dit Da Jow has been used to aid in recuperating from training; it speeds the healing of minor bumps and bruises and relieve mild muscle soreness due to training. The monks used this formula for their hard training exercises. It is famously known for its quick healing properties and for conditioning the skin while training. Many people have also found this sort of liquid analgesic to be useful for reducing the aching of muscles, and arthritis and rheumatism discomfort.


How to Use Dit Da Jow

You can apply it with your fingers in a circling motion, massaging to penetrate into skin to reduce pain inflammation, swelling or joint pain.
